Dr. Duong and Cassie were absolutely amazing. I have never in my life had a dentist bring me into their office before an appointment just to sit down, talk with me, and get to know me as a patient. That conversation set the tone for the entire experience. The imaging was more extensive than anything I’ve experienced at a dental office, including X-rays and a CT scan. I need both a root canal and a crown on the same tooth, and there was concern that the tooth might be fractured. Before drilling into the tooth, Dr. Duong used a dye to check for a fracture so we could determine whether the tooth was safe to proceed with. The entire process felt incredibly thorough and much more advanced than any dental care I’ve received before. What impressed me even more was the level of attention and compassion throughout the appointment. Dr. Duong and Cassie were both very aware of my anxiety and continually paid attention to how I was doing. They only knew how much I struggle with anxiety because Dr. Duong had taken the time to have a real conversation with me before I ever entered the treatment room. He is, by far, the most attentive dentist I have ever seen. As impressive as the care itself was, one of the things that touched me most was watching the way Dr. Duong interacted with Cassie. Throughout the appointment, he encouraged her, told her when she was doing a good job, and consistently spoke to her with kindness and respect. The way someone treats the people they work with says a lot about them, and seeing that same compassion extended to both his patient and his assistant made an already exceptional experience even better. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Duong and Cassie. I left feeling like I had been genuinely listened to, cared for, and treated as a person rather than just another patient in the chair.

Dr. Phong was wonderful! He explained everything and made it a serene experience for me! He was multitasking with many patients and provided individualized exceptional care, service, and made the dentist office a delight! 🌟🌟⭐️⭐️👏👏✨✨🦷🦷 Brooke was fun to chat with and lightening with X-rays. She kept me positive when I was nervous. Mary was great and attentive to and helped me very much with the questions I had. Jaliyah was very helpful and sweet! She made sure to make me comfortable and have fun at my appointment. 5 isn’t enough stars for this amazing place! 100/10

I was able to get in same day for a dental emergency because my dentist's office was closed. The staff is super friendly and gave detailed information and the doctor had wonderful bedside manner.
